The purpose is to show how the coordination of the demand and supply of skills is carried out in the contemporary conditions, in particular by focusing on the contextual case of the Blagoevgrad Functional region (BFR) corresponding to the Blagoevgrad administrative region. The analysis is based on the results of the project “YOUNG_ADULLLT – ‘Policies Supporting Young Adullts in their Life Course’, team coordinator Prof. Marcelo Parreira do Amaral, Ph.D., under the Horizon 2020 Program, 2016-2019.
