Summary/Abstract: The text discusses the feminist discussions relating to the transitional justice, especially discussions concerning wartime sexual violence. When adequate, references to related issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina are used for the illustration purposes. This text is divided in three parts. The first part represents overall discussion about the development of the feminist scholarship dealing with transitional justice. The second part concerns the feminist discussions revolving around recognition of wartime women’s experiences. Finally, the third part addresses feminist discussions concerning the redistributive part of transitional gender justice, namely through discussions of reparations.
