Opinions on the regulation, notion and legal nature of audiovisual works

Summary/Abstract: The proposed study aims to be, above all, an attempt to relaunch the doctrinal approaches to underlain the legal nature of audio-visual works in the context of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. In order to solve it correctly, I considered it useful to first draw attention to some improvable aspects of the current regulation of audio-visual works, and to formulate their own definition.
