Summary/Abstract: This article examines the concept of delegation in EU administrative law. It distinguishes between the constitutional principle of attribution of powers and the administrative institute of delegation of powers. The analysis focuses on the legal grounds for delegation of powers in EU administrative law and explains the concept of sub-delegation. The case law of the Court is represented to provide an account of the most significant issues concerning delegation in EU administrative law.
