Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is based on the existing tendencies of insufficient birth and low natural population growth in the Republic of Srpska. In accordance with that, of particular importance is to consider fertility capacity of women who gave birth, their health care, socio-economic status, as well as defining their attitudes towards measures of population policy and expressed problems in the demographic development.
