Summary/Abstract: The difficult market situation is a specific type of crisis situation in the face of theorganizations succumb to the pressure on the result, forgetting about the quality ofleadership. As a consequence, great experts are delegated to perform managerialfunctions, providing short-term improvement of the situation manifested mainly inimproving results. Short duration of improvement of the situation follows the weaknessof the leadership which they represent. Their task attitude has nothing to do with the skillsof pulling people behind them, scratch compelling vision for the future and consequentlycreate a sense of security among subordinates. The basis to achieve such mastery isto work together and to have set certain predispositions.
