Summary/Abstract: The verdict deals with a matter of a relationship between guilt and subjective side of a crime. The author of a comment criticizes the thesis that in a normative theory of a guilt the possibility of prescribing a proper kind of a subjective side of a crime does not influence a guilt. A doctor guarantees that a fatal effect does not appear. The law demands that he/she must behave with respect to rules of safety
