Summary/Abstract: In the teaching of Karol Wojtyła – John Paul II, the personal models can be only and solely the people presenting reliable moral perfection and aspiring to its maximization. In the first place, I will reveal the educational process so as to realize the subject that was indicated in the title. Ten, I will show the limited relationships occurring between the concept of education and precise anthropology, drawing the attention to the need of appropriate and intrinsic anthropology, presenting the person also as the moral being. Furthermore, I will introduce the terms of moral perfection and holiness in the context of ethical experience. Te presented anthropological and ethical contents will create the basis to the subsequent reflection, in which I will analyse personal models and authority. In the final part of the article, I will discuss the ways of materializing the personal models in the process of education, indicating “the strategy of testimony”and the principle of imitation.
