Summary/Abstract: Atatürk has been the most successful leader among those who started working with the idea of changing a country’s destiny. It is only him whose revolution finally reached its goal; and it still preserves its dynamism and liveliness. Among the 20th Century leaders it is only him who can still enlighten and guide his people. His name is respectfully commemorated by his nation and other world nations. This is because his ideology was the ideology of humanity and civilization, his guide was reason and his power came from people’s will. Turkish nation will keep walking on the way of civilization shown by him and in XXI. Century Turkey will take her place among the most civilized and powerful states of the world.
