Religious Thematics in Poetry Sime Pandurovića

Summary/Abstract: Individual interpreters have highlighted Pandurović‟s rationality in poetry, which we have used in our study to prove that the thought of death at Pandurović is always directed to something that is material, while spirit, idea and God, in the sphere of the represented world of Pandurović‟s poetry, are always directed to life. Existential orientation towards nonmaterial has contributed to his tendency to return to “nature pure”, where the prototype of paradise has been, practically, revived. Thus we find that for Pandurović, God is existential being of a man on the whole.
