Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the analysis of market value of enterprises with reference to the network of inter-locking directorates on the Polish capital market. We obtained corporate board information on the main market at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the NewConnect market in December 2014. The main conclusion of the conducted study is gaining higher market value in a group of companies applying interlocking strategy in comparison to a group of isolated companies. This effect arises from networking in the scope of the biggest component, gaining indirect ties with other numerous enterprises.
