Summary/Abstract: Despite the passage of several years a er the Act on Access to Public Information came into force, its implementation by the entities obliged to ensureit is in many cases still far from the standards dened by the legislator. Local government administration units are no exception here. There are two main modes of making information public: through the Public Information Bulletin and on request. e former is handled more eciently by the units in question, there being none that do not have the Public Information Bulletin. However, the range of information made available on each page of the Public Information Bulletin varies. In the case of providing public information on request, the situation is much worse and there are still cases when public information is not made available on request despite the explicit statutory duty
