Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on five actual legal questions about architecture creations,technical creations and their plans in the field of copyright law: 1. Does the copyright protection cover the technical creation or only their plan? 2. Does the copyright protection cover the interior design and their plan? 3. How can copyright law judge reconstruction plans? 4. Which is the stronger during the collision: property claim or copyright claim? 5. Is there any legal basis for the right to name after the death of the author in a building? Answering the questions leads us to an adventure both in the field of copyright law and architecture.
