Summary/Abstract: In this work the authors will put M. Selimović, S. Kulenović and D. Sušić into intercultural context using imagology as a branch of comparative literary studies. The question about the idea that mentioned authors have about Croatia as a foreign country, and about Croats in relation to themselves and their own nation, will be answered. Since their observation of others developed on the basis of collective or personal experience (Selimović and Sušić), and on the basis of intertextuality (Kulenović), it will also be answered are these images echoes of works read through or their own engagement in literature. In this direction, special accent will be put on Kulenović, as an author who published some works in Zagreb and who studied at University of Zagreb. Using the works of the mentioned authors, the final and main goal of this workis to show intercultural relationship between Bosnian and Croatian literature.
