Summary/Abstract: Gambling is analyzed primarily as an addiction but it can also be considered as a way of entry into the crime. The article attempts to analyze this phenomenon, describing gambling as an addiction, its place in the study,the test of theoretical analysis and gambling as an opportunity to enter the path of crime.
