Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of generations in the work place inside this generations, analyzing the problems that the Y generation lives with the managers. For that firstly we will search in conceptual chronology of generations, and its types, after we compare between the differences of those generations, and through the focus group interview we do the qualitative study. As result of this study we arrived that the Y generation lives problems from his points of view in management foction. This study concluded that the interviewers have problems or incompatibility from theres points view in management, communication, planning, take decision, and work definition with the managers.
