Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to outline function of trade union organization in the light of possible bullying law enforcement issues. The paper is focused on the moment when trade union organization is created and the consequent inability to give notice of termination or immediate termination of an employment relationship by the employer with functionaries of the trade union organization. Part of the contribution is also an outline of solution for employers who face the issue of purposely established trade unions.
