Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with conditions which must be fulfilled by the employee in order to reach immediate termination of employment by the employerfor breaching an obligation under legislation relating to work performed by especially gross manner. The paper is focused on conditions that are not included in written law; they were educed from decisions made by courts.
