Release and distribution of the amounts realized under forced execution

Summary/Abstract: This study follows the analysis of a very important civil executional law institution, both by its essence and by its effects, respectively that regarding the release and distribution of the amounts realized under forced execution. Often, under the forced execution procedure, all assets of the prosecuted debtor have been capitalized, which requires an increased attention, on the one hand, and a good knowledge of the procedure, on the other hand, so that as a result of the release or distribution of the amounts realized under forced execution, no creditor which, according to law, may participate in this division, should be injured, but neither the debtor whose assets or revenues have been prosecuted. Of course, the procedure of release and distribution of the amounts realized under forced execution is technical, with stages well established by law.
