Summary/Abstract: In Georgian historiography, Queen Tamar who has run Georgia between 1184-1213. Queen Tamar, who was instrumental in calling Georgia the "Golden Age, done important activities for the Georgia history and culture of the period Tamar, who belongs to the Bagratis / Bagrationi family lineage, acceded after her father’s death date and made politic marriage twice. After end of her period, in order of his son Laşa Giorgi and his daughter Rusudan took over kingdom and The Golden Age ended with Mongolian attacks. In period of Tamar, an important character in Turkish history, the Anatolian Seljuk State and Georgians faced each other for the very first time and the "1202 Battle of Basiani" happened. Queen Tamar, who has serious relations with the Turks, has not been studied in detail in the Turkish literature. Here, with the text of this declaration, the internal and external political affairs of the Queen Tamar period who is an important figure for Georgian history and Turkish history, I will be trying to examine with reference to Georgian Chronicles and Georgian research works in general.
