Summary/Abstract: The author researches issues of providing competitiveness of the pharmaceutical market under conditions of globalization. The scholar analyzes the accession of Ukraine to the global economy, processes of the national pharmaceutical market innovative system formation due to the large-scale introduction of intellectual labor products such as innovative technologies, scientific and technical developments, and other objects of intellectual property rights of the scientific and technical field into commerce on the basis of innovative processes, and also the application of effective organizational and managerial decisions in order to commercialize them or to gain a social and economic result.
