Summary/Abstract: Evoking the personality and work of Neno Nenovski, prestigious Bulgarian theoretician of law and state, with a rich activity, both before and after the 1989 change of political regime, the present study highlights the difference in approaching the issue of so-called constants of the law, in different ideological contexts, thus revealing the actual significance and necessity of continuing the current study of this issue.
