Analysis of benefits arising from the implementation of management processes in terms of enterprises maturity

Summary/Abstract: process management; process maturity; process maturity mThe article tries to analyze and evaluate the benefits resulting from the implementation of a process approach. The major objective of research was to determine relations between the degree of implemetnation process approach, and the benefits of the implementation. Data was obtained from the survey conducted in companies with quality management system and was verified by statistical methods. As a result of studies, the benefits of the level of implementation of the process approach were presented. It allows to identify the regularity of the accompanying development of the organization to a higher level process management.odels; barriers; usefulness of models.
