Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to present the Russian territorial defence system. The author’s research show its byzantine, difficult to understand and describe organisational system and the mobilization of territorial defence. In conclusion, the author proposes to undertake partial research which can lead us to deepen our knowledge of the Russian territorial defence system.
