Summary/Abstract: There is a pedagogy of readings that you do not read at the time when others say you should. My generation lost readings by reason that they were not, they were no longer at hand. It is the case of Matei Calinescu's novel, „Viața și opiniile lui Zacharias Lichter” (The Life and Opinions of Zacharias Lichter). Does it make sense to wonder how it would have been if I had read the book at the very first time? Is it a critique of humanism without man to whom contemporary post-society emerge? Questions that weave the proposed text.
