Summary/Abstract: In this article the author wants to present philosopher Kvirin Vasilj, pointing out his most important answers to basic cognitive, anthropological, ethical, ontological and questions of natural theology. That is a very peculiar and productive thinker graced by sagacious pondering and in many cases his own original terminology. His philosophy proceeds from a human and returns to him, so it can be said that it is marked anthropologically. A human is the biggest mystery for Vasilj, but it is also the most wonderful God’s creature to whom the gate of eternity is opened. He transcends a simple matter and necessary nature laws by his spiritual component. He is able to perceive things even beyond the limits of pure empirics and make good, scientifically based statements about the absolute creature. With his mind he is capable to understand the universal moral law which has transcendent and objective nature. In his aspiration for the biggest good he notices that harmonizing of one’s own will with God’s will is the only right way for overcoming the life pessimism which leads to complete nihilism.
