Factors determining income of farms in the European Union according to economic size classes.

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is to identify the factors determining the income of farms in the European Union and the strength and direction of influence of these factors on income obtained by farms of different economic size. The research was based on regional FADN data from the years 2011-2013, which were used to build the multiple regression models. The conducted analyses generally indicated the need to change the relations between the factors of production and to reduce the intensity of production.
