Summary/Abstract: The text shows a simple day in school - for the principal, the teacher, the school educator. Their work has been shown to be a real challenge. Dynamic times requires the principal to plan, organize, manage, control and evaluate the staff work, coordinate contacts between teachers, students and institutions. The second part of the text examines an ordinary school day for the teacher. It shows the dynamics of the teacher’s working day – lessons, management of documentation, extracurricular activities, and consultations.The third part of the text focuses on the responsibilities of the school educator – for organizing active out-of-class activities, in-class participation, document management, consultations.
