Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to present a legal regulation relating to the location of bee trunks based on the regulations of the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipality and in the context of neighboring relations. We ask the question about the principles of acceptability of the location of urban bee-stubs in the urban areas and the thesis on the admissibility of such location, taking into account the criteria related not only directly to the requirements of art. 4 Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, but also criteria derived from civil law. There is no doubt that beekeeping, apart from the above-mentioned quantifiable ecosystem benefits, may entail risks to the health and life of people, especially those affected by bee venom and as a source of such danger, and shall be considered immiscible within the meaning of the provisions of the neighborhood law.
