Development of a law-based economy in terms of the ukrainian system of formation of population incomes: reality or fiction?

Summary/Abstract: The author has proved that development of the law-based economy in terms of the Ukrainian system of formation of population incomes is unbeneficial for a significant share of entrepreneurs, politicians, and government officials, i.e., it is fiction. The law-based economy can become the reality under conditions of separation of the business and the state and formation of a competitive environment. To attain this goal the author suggests seven directions of improvement of the income formation system in Ukraine.
