Summary/Abstract: The level of legal economy development in the Ukrainian system of income formation is characterized. Prospects of legal economy development associated with the realization possibilities of complex measures «spheres – procedure – bodies – frames – control». The author has presented the contents and ways of implementing this complex measures, as well as the main obstacles to the proposed reforms. The author sets out a possible sequence of reforms promotion.
