Summary/Abstract: The study discusses the problem of determining the local jurisdiction on requests for disclosure of bank secrecy for the purposes of investigation on Law on forfeiture in favour of the state of illegally acquired property. Analyzed is created contradictory case law on this issue. Certain traits of proceedings disclosure of bank secrecy and explication rule for determining local jurisdiction.
