Summary/Abstract: The article provides the analysis of such teachers training standards to use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in their professional activity as European framework of ICT competence 3.0, UNESCO ICT Competency Framework, Standards for Teachers ISTE, National Standards for ICT training of future teachers of Australia, Poland and other countries. The comparative characteristic of features of standards description is carried out and the features that characterize and define the ICT training of future teachers best of all are defined.
