Nowa transformacja ustrojowa w świetle ekonomii instytucjonalnej
Transition of new political system in the light of institutional economics

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is first of all to present two possible basic concepts of what the author calls the transition of system new political. It consists of actions both in economic and political spheres, as well as attempts to stimulate changes in social sphere, which because of its scale, employed means and planned results exceed short and medium term horizon of functioning of the state, economy and society. At the same time what these actions have in common, of course besides development goals, is the idea of improving, correcting and eliminating the negative consequences transition of political system which started at the turn of the 80s and 90s of the XX century. The presentation of two basic concepts of the new transition was preceded by a discussion on the importance of original transition as well as the realities and institutional heritage of centrally managed economy, and the weaknesses of original transition.
