The fundamental problem is theoretical research and application verification conditions, motives and methods to encourage key employees of companies with unique powers and determining the company’s competitive position, to communicate the knowledge of low-skilled workers, such as newly recruited 328 Mieczysław Morawski adepts. Key personnel are top-class professionals: managers, senior executives and leading specialists having unique knowledge and capabilities. Key personnel in the organization often do not have any reason to be generous to share knowledge.
