Summary/Abstract: In the present international circumstances, when borders between States have become mere dividing lines, when we cross two or more countries without presenting documents or to check identity of persons or vehicles, otherwise real benefits for honest individuals, transnational crime knows new and new meanings, one of them being human trafficking and even child trafficking, with the purpose of exploitation in various forms, or even worse, illegal transplant of human organs or tissues.
