Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to highlight the scope of microfinance and microcredit implicitly, as an approach that draws its legitimacy and especially its sustainability in terms of solidarity economy (Guerin, 2003). It is in this light that the statistical investigation is constructed from a sample of 429 beneficiaries of microcredit ANGEM (National Agency for management of microcredit) of Tlemcen (Smahi, 2010). The results of the field study will allow us to clarify the state policy on microcredit and see if there's actually an impact on the level of subjective poverty and improving living conditions of households.
