Summary/Abstract: Aesthetic appearance is one of the most important factors that change the quality of life. Whether physiological, natural, whether we are talking about pathological changes, people have always been preoccupied with improving aesthetics in all respects. In the last few decades, cosmetic dermatology has taken on a great deal, with more and more patients appealing to the dermatologist for various aesthetic procedures. At first glance, things seem pretty simple, but each patient has to be evaluated, both physically and psychologically. These evaluations are extremely important because each patient requires an individualized approach that takes into account his / her overall pathological constellation, patient expectations and realism.
