The acceleration and dynamism, together with openness and ease of accessibility, develop a new model of gathering that, in addition to entertainment and informativeness, is increasingly developing a particular security, psychological and propaganda functions and tasks. Social crises, natural disasters, political revolution, crime, corruption, violence and conflicts are becoming the part of the global everyday life, but appropriate analytical assessment of their intensity, depth, goals, causes and consequences determine the nature of possible interventions and the methodology of a particular action. People leave visual and sound recordings on social networks that offer sufficient evidence for further study of the psychological and protection analyses. By analyzing the communication statements and sources, we observe those related to the prevention of public and crisis announcements, the identification of actors, perceptions of the crisis, crisis management, political-organizational cooperation, crisis communication (collection and information processing, digital information transmission systems, communication with public and the role of digital media in crisis management), the internationalization of the crisis, weather effects, the costs of the crisis and the gaining of the publicity or the compliance of the permission of the public.
