Summary/Abstract: In the research part of this study, the quantitative method will be preferred and for this purpose research scales for realizing the purpose of the article; a) elective questions, b) smooth questions, and c) likert questions. Reliable scales; will be distributed to the participant who composes the sampling area and the surveys of the work will be completed. The data obtained from the participant, S.P.S.S. will be analyzed in statistical program. Using the data belonging to the participants; frequency tables will be created by evaluating demographic data, and Cronbach Alpha reliability values will be found. After having Cronbach Alpha values, anova analysis will be done in the test of the hypotheses related to factor analysis and demographic questions by using the data of the researcher, then the report of studying the analysis of hypotheses will be completed. This study will try to determine the benefits that management of diversity will provide to organizations and employees. In the working life, the question of what benefits applications of management of diversity will provide to businesses will be investigated.
