Summary/Abstract: Purpose – the aim of the article is to present the Balanced Scorecard internal-business-processes perspective of the seaports management company. Design/Methodology/Approach – while writing the article the Author used literature analysis and the results of the empirical research carried out in the seaports. Find-ings – the result of the research is to determine the most important goals from the internal-business-processes perspective, as well as assigning to them tasks, which are required to achieve these objectives, and to define the measures of the goals implementation. In the article were also evaluated the application of the internal-business-processes perspective to increase the effectiveness of the entity. Originality/Value – the article is a combination of the practical and theoretical knowledge used in seaports.
