Summary/Abstract: In article it is analysed structure of political eloquence as kind discursive practice in a context of such cultural practice as a policy. The author reveals conceptual-categorial the device of research, considers classification of sociopolitical eloquence, analyses functions of a political discourse, determines essence and kinds of a manipulation an audience, oral speech strategy in the political communications, effectiveness of rhetorical means and figures in political speeches.
