Summary/Abstract: Working efficacy management of the employees as a sistematic approach towards quality improvement and productivity must be guided trought planning and realisation control of the planned activities within the organs of the public services in FBIH. It is beeing realised trought implementation of concrete and measureable general and single objectives for each individual servant. Assessment of the accomplished results is done trought and according to the implementation of the public servant rulebook addopted by the Agency for public services in FBIH in 2007. Current application and usage of the above mentioned code of conduct despite some positive experiences has not been shown as a successful work efficiency managing tool for the public employee sector.
