Summary/Abstract: Comparison of the most important principles and provisions of the existing Labour Law in the Federation of Bosniaand Herzegovina with the principles and provisions of the Civil Service Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in terms of their mutual compatibility, indicating their lack of compliance, in part related to the rights and obligations of state officers and employees in other, especially business organizations. The existing legal framework Low which is defined by the employment status of civil servants in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina should not decrease, but rather increased, interest in employment in the civil service, rather than in commercial organizations, it should be seriously considered in terms of public administration reform in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and therefore of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole.
