Introduction and Organization of Controlling in a Company

Summary/Abstract: Controlling is one of the most important functions in solving problems of internal and external adaptation companies coming changes.This paper seeks to bring the concept of controlling, and point to the necessity of its introduction and organizations in enterprises. Shows the shape of the independent department of controlling in the case of production company, as well as for the necessary knowledge and skills a person should have to successfully perform this function. It is expected that the business function of controlling the future will become increasingly important for BiH companies and it is expected that it will pursue its greater application.
