Summary/Abstract: Considering that at the level of the Romanian Armed Forces there are no structures with responsibilities in the field of individual careers management that deal with military career planning and professional pathways, we believe that, according to the practices of modern NATO armies, it is necessary to set up such battalion / similar structures up to the central level by reorganizing staff structures. In this way, the number of functions in the organizational chart of each military unit is not affected, instead the military career evolution is considered to be significantly improved.
