Evaluation of practical trainings in the real workplace : students approach

Summary/Abstract: One of the components of professional education is practical training, the biggest part of which should take place in the real working conditions. All professional education non-university higher education programmes include internships in the enterprise or an organization, to which the student is appointed. Learning in the real work environment provides conditions for better understanding of certain values characteristic to a certain professions, activity norms that are characteristic to a specific enterprise, subtleties of the microclimate as well as culture promoted in the organization. These are the factors that influence the advantage of learning in the workplace. In order to assure practical training of students in a real workplace a constant link between the educational institution and a business world.
