Reorganization of the Public Services Delivery in Local Self-government

Summary/Abstract: The paper aim is to identify theoretical concepts in the area of public management and their proposals on how to organize and manage the provision of local public services.The analysis covered the change of roles of local government units from the service provider into the partner and the co-contractor. The article presents statistical data on organizational transformations of municipal public services providers and partial research results on the organization of public service delivery in selected areas of municipal economy
