Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on Islamic succession law as one of the most impor¬tant part of law for Muslim. It demostrates how Muslim jurists have derived at slightly different opinions regarding certain aspects of Islamic law pertaining to succession partly due to differences in the interpretation of the primary sources of the sharia. Paper also explores how is a estate of Muslim devided between heirs.
