Summary/Abstract: Contemporary operating companies, both the small and the big one, no matter of branch of economy, where their function, attach increasingly importance to quality of render a services and products. It seems to be a natural consequence of intensive concurrence and economic situation, not only for our country but also for whole world. Quality maturity of companies have not only influence on existing processes, but also directly entail with whole environment where their exist. High level of quality maturity of companies translate also on their consciousness of social responsibility, which is important element of economic development of the state.
